We started in 2015 doing rewires and board changes for two letting agents in Salford. Word got round, and most of what we do now still arrives the same way, from somebody who used us before.
That shapes how we work more than anything on this website. A firm that lives on recommendation cannot afford to leave a job half right, turn up late without ringing, or add to a price after agreeing it. Those three things are most of what people complain about with a trade, and all three are avoidable.
We cover ten boroughs of Greater Manchester and turn down work outside it. Driving ninety minutes to a callout means somebody nearer waits longer, and neither of them gets a good job out of us.
Nobody here works on commission. If a job does not need doing we will tell you, and if it is not something we are good at we will say that too rather than have a go and learn on your house.
